Intellera Consulting S.P.A.
A leading consulting firm in the Italian market, specializing in public administration innovation. This partner will conduct LTTA (Learning Teaching Training Activities) for exchanging best training practices among all partners and develop the communication, dissemination, and sustainability plan for the project. Furthermore, it will create replicability guidelines to promote the INSPIRE PA Curriculum among public administrations in the European Union.

Ashoka Italia Onlus
Ashoka, the largest global organization dedicated to promoting and supporting social entrepreneurship and social innovation, has been active in Italy since 2015. This partner will map social innovation practices in the public sector, providing a comprehensive report detailing research findings through desk research and interviews with key stakeholders, as well as information on successful initiatives and approaches.

Aristoteleies Katartiseis Aksiologiseis Pistopoihseis Anonimi Etairia – ACTA SA
A spin-off company from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the largest university in Greece. ACTA is a leader in certifying the skills and competencies of individuals in the Greek market, owning over 180 certification schemes and accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (ESYD). This partner will conduct the verification and certification of participants’ skills and support the design of the certification prototype, evaluation methods, and the final certification process to ensure recognition at the national and EU levels.

Asociatia Municipiilor Din Romania
Established in 1990, it is a private legal entity created to promote and protect the common interests of local public administration entities, addressing public needs on behalf of local communities. This partner will leverage its extensive network of Romanian municipalities and connections with European public administration networks to validate the identified skills gaps through focus groups and an online survey. Additionally, it will handle participant selection and recruitment and conduct post-training surveys across all countries to gather feedback and suggestions for future curriculum improvements.

Dimitra Education & Consulting SA
Established in 1989, it is one of the largest and most distinguished organizations in Greece, accredited to offer both initial VET (I-VET) courses by the Greek Ministry of Education and continuing VET (C-VET). This partner will provide the methodology for the prototype training curriculum for social innovation, including the methodological framework, selection criteria, and evaluation of participants.

Fundatia Ashoka
Active in Romania since 2017, this organization aims to contribute to building a society where every citizen is an agent of change, capable of creatively addressing social issues. The partner will map social innovation practices in the public sector and design and develop a new curriculum for social innovation managers, tailored to the needs of public administrations.
